  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will process it within 14 business days. 
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. 
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process based on the shipping address provided.

Tracking Orders:

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. 
  • You can track your order directly on the courier company’s website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on various factors, including the weight of the package, the shipping method selected, and the destination. 
  • The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order. 
  • We have FREE shipping for all orders over R8000!
  • Door-to-Door shipping will cost you R150 and
  • Postnet-to-Postnet shipping will cost your R100
  • Customers will be able to select local pick-up once the studio becomes operational.

Address Accuracy:

  • Saxxbeauty is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Shipment Refusals and Return Fees:

  • If a shipment is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or unavailability, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees. 
  • In such cases, the customer will be refunded the order amount minus the return shipping fees and any applicable handling charges.
