Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully to understand your rights and your responsibilities.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • We accept refund and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  • Hair products must have their hygiene seals intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

The Saxx Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product does not meet the description provided on our website.
  • The product did not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe. 

How to request a refund :

  • Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g photos or videos).
  • Our team will assess your request and guide you through the refund process.

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. 
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.  

Exchange Process:

We gladly offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product or a different variant from what you ordered. 
  • The product received is damaged or defective.

How to request an exchange :

  • Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos). 
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process, including arranging the return shipment of the incorrect or defective item. We will also send our courier company to pick up the package. 

Once we receive the unit:

  • We will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in the paragraph above.
  • If approved, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.

Non-eligible Items:

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Hair products are not in their original packaging.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Return Shipping:

  • In cases where Saxxbeauty is responsible for the error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. 
  • In other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Exceptions:

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale items unless they are damaged or defective.
